摘要: 油套管螺纹连接的密封性对高压气井、储气库井的安全生产和长期运营有决定性的作用。通过对油套管 螺纹气密封及气密封检测的机理研究, 研制成功油套管螺纹连接气密封检测装备, 创新性地提出非同时解封理念, 设 计出系列的双封隔器检测工具, 集成创新形成了适合我国的油套管螺纹连接气密封检测工艺技术, 开展了10 余口井的 现场技术服务, 为高压气井、储气库长期安全平稳的运行提供了技术支持。

Abstract: Airtight property of tubing-casing thread connection has a decisive effect on work safety and long-term operation of highpressure gas well and gas storage depot. The airtight inspection equipment for tubing-casing thread connection was successfully developed on the basis of the research on tubing - casing thread airtight and airtight inspection mechanism. The concept of non - simultaneous decontamination was innovatively put forward while a series of double-packer detection tools were designed. The airtight inspecting process technology for China’s tubing-casing thread connection was developed on the basis of innovative integration. The equipment has been used on the field in service of more than 10 wells, providing technological support for long-term operational safety and stability of high-pressure gas wells and gas storage depots.
